Suggestion Title: Add Ladders to the Fire Department
Suggestion Description: I would like to suggest adding usable ladders to the Fire Department for firefighters to use during roleplay situations. These could be used to access higher floors, rooftops, or other elevated areas during fires and rescue scenarios.

Why should this be added?:
I think ladders would make Fire Department roleplay much more realistic and enjoyable. It would give firefighters another useful tool during fire calls and create more opportunities for proper teamwork and coordinated rescues.

It could also make larger buildings and multi-floor fire scenarios more interesting, rather than firefighters only being able to enter buildings through doors or use existing map access points.

What negatives could this have?:
* Players could potentially abuse the ladders outside of Fire Department roleplay.
* They may cause some minor map/clipping issues depending on where they are placed.
* They could require some testing to make sure they work properly and aren’t exploitable.
* Players might use them to access areas they aren’t supposed to reach.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: It would give the Fire Department another way to respond to fires and rescue situations, especially when someone is trapped on an upper floor or rooftop. It would also improve the overall quality of Fire Department roleplay by giving firefighters more equipment and situations to work with.

Overall, I think adding ladders would be a small addition that could make Fire Department roleplay much more engaging and immersive.

I see it being abused by criminals easily, Start raid -> fire fighter at sight -> gun point the fire fighter -> make them put a ladder down somewhere where people can't normally access could be a weird off angle or go inside a property from the back such as slums.
