- Gives the working class at the docks something to wear

What negatives could this have?:
- Dev time spent on rubber boots

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Under representation of dockworkers and fishing peoples

This would be nice to be added especially the fishing hat, like exrobite said could be with fishing achivements to motivate people to start fishing, which might get people into fishing afterwards especially with the fishing leaderboard now.
