Broken animations

I got some pretty funky animations which I dont know how to fix and they ruin my immersion. Any tips would be appreciated.

same thing has been happening to me and I'm pretty sure if your on the server for a long time then they start to break I've tried demoing and even that didn't fix it

For me it happens always, no matter how long i've been on

Do you have perp models in your addons folder? They can conflict

I have one of the content packs installed from a while ago. Do you think deleting it might solve the issue?

Check installed addons would recommend disabling every addon not related to perp,
Also check Addons folder

If you have old perp content in your add-ons then that's most likely the issue.
When new animations are added, having the file with the old ones will make them play out of order.
