Why should this player be punished?: he shott me when i was unarmed for no reason i was about to go afk when this guy shoots me out of nowhere in the clip you can see im unarmed

We gun pointed the pps to start the raid, Then this guy took forever answering the door, longer than the clips shows so i presumed he knew something was up and thought he was gonna swing the door to check so i shot him. We heard people running from the outside running to the apartment which made us rush the decision to shoot as we thought they could be flankers/Counters which is true as we got killed straight after.

because i seen guys outside with guns who i know didnt live here i was about to go afk so i called cops and stored my stuff i didnt know if they were going to raid me or neighbours

i talked with another admin and they let me know im allowed to store my stuff if you never attemtped to break in no crowbarring means you could be doing anything me making the call was for precaution but i really had no idea what you guys were doing you were dead silent outside my door maybe if you crowbarred i wouldve stopped storing or made it know your raiding me but you were all silent

As for @HarleyOnTop, you need to take more time into identifying your targets and who are you about to shoot. There was the delivery guy making a regular delivery, so there was even another factor that would probably surprise the defender, or make them put their gun on back to pick up the delivery. You shouldn't have had really assumed that everyone inside was armed, and start shooting the splitsecond you saw someone.

You will be warned for 2.5 for shooting an unarmed player during a raid.

As for @bonestone - first thing is stop putting your responses into 4 different forum posts, you are creating spam. Think about what are you wanting and willing to say, and put it in 1 collective forum post.

About the 3.18 rulebreak - the video itself isnt really telling the whole story here, however you have said, and i quote:

So the problem is, that you have suspected, that someone would get raided, and you have also called cops, saying that a raid will be going on. This really shows, that you knew something is going to happen. That something was obviously a raid. You can store items, when you have absolutely no knowledge, or idea about anything possibly happening, but you calling cops and storing items indicates, that you were aware about the potential raid that was coming.

This situation presented here, may vary from the other where another staff member told you you could have stored. Whenever you suspect there is going to be a raid happening i.e.:
1. when there are cop cars piling up at your door/building
2. when there are armed people running about in a close vicinity to your building/apartment
3. when there is crowbarring/lockpicking heard

You should not be storing stuff from your inventory. In future, whenever you suspect that you can be raided in the future, I would not store anything until some time have passed, or the situation is concluded (like if the raid was happening at another apartment, and the situation concluded.).

That is why i have also made the decision to warn you for breaking the rule 3.18.
