Why should this player be punished?: hello.
i was grinding PPS. i came to deliver to the fine gentlemen in city shop. will steel see me. will steal continuously try to run me over. will steel runs me over. will steel does this in front of police. this means will steel broke 2.5 and 3.4. will steel has 8 punishments for 2.5 this year alone (also 5 for 3.4).

later he also crashed into me by driving recklessly & just started hurling insults at me instead of taking accountability for driving in the wrong direction in the roundabout!!! he is a very rude man.

right so as i’ve just watched, i wasn’t intentionally trying to run the guy over i was just dicking about and just moving the van just to take the piss and i thought he’d find it funny since will docker was in the same sorta friendship circle as my old crew (friend of the ballas) i do understand this dosent fit into the serious rp standard that this server enforces but literally all it is is just me moving the van and then he come out at the wrong time and he got ragdolled and in the clip you can see i even apologised, all this stuff about the insults i never insulted you and you went in your demo for proof of incident but aint included where i allegedly insulted you, by the way your speaking this report feels very exaggerated to more than what it is.

on the contrary of my ban record, i don’t think ive caught a ban or consequence on the server in atleast 6 months and when i have had recent action requests because what i did followed within the rules.

your making an action request for 2.5 excessive negativity but i’ll be completely honest i think this whole report is just really excessive more than what it actually just is

truth, yes it dosent really align with the serious rp message the server wants to enforce but then again how does it really affect your gameplay, your government issue truck was moved about a meter, which you could easily reverse out of (the loading bay)

i accidentally knocked you down as it was simply bad timing, was you hurt ? no,

i did not obstruct your job in any way, did not injure you, did not make you lose any money at all, you lost nothing, your simply just making a report simply on the fact you got run over in a game which your on the floor for 5 seconds ?

I can only remember 1 interaction and that was when i was mugged by u in hicktown like 4 months ago anyways idk if that is relevant to this ar
