Why were you punished?: 1.6, 2.5, 3.15, 3.4 - User beat someone up for no reason in the City Hall Fountain. After being notified to stop from a Staff Member, the user stopped, then came back with a vehicle and ran the person over, killing them. Minutes later, the user shot someone in direct view of the Mayor for simply pushing him. When confronted by Police, the user failed to comply whilst under direct gunpoint for a prolonged period of time. User has not learned since their last ban for minging. NITRP
Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello good day. I am writing this because I havent had wifi/internet in my new apartment for about 6 months. I recently got wifi last tuesday and I have been greatly enjyoing online gaming and roleplaying again. It all feels brand new again and Im really enjoying trying out servers I havent played in a while.
I recently was looking through the server list and I recall playing on perpheads for many hours and had purchaed premium before. I remember I had alot of fun on this server and I havent played on it in over 2 years now.
I am a fully grown adult, more mature, I work 36-48 hours a week and like I mentioned I have my own apartment now. Alot has changed in 2 years, I was living with my parents and didnt have the current career I have now as a first responder in EMS irl.
I was hoping to start playing perpheads again, I wont be able to play as often as I used to. I recognize perpheads is a unique server and I do not remember my mindset 2 years ago. I am asking for forgiveness due to it being so long ago. I am changed as a person and have become more chill/mature. I used to enjoy being a dickhead in games, but now I really hate that crap and I dont like how I used to act.
Writing this to ask for forgiveness and to once again rejoin the perpheads community and engage in good RP. I used to really enjoy playing as EMS and fire, decorating the fire sation with props and playing as a passive role, I also greatly enjoyed police RP. I still play Proximity RP on gmod, and many Gta FiveM serious RP servers as high ranking police (LT, SGT, FTO).

Additional Information: Its been over 2 years since my ban, I am a different person than I was 2 years ago. If unbanned I will have zero issues with staff moving forward. Ty
