@Hner please explain why you failed to give him the AK back, why you stalled before putting your hands up, and why you tried to call someone while in no position to do so. You have 72 hours.

Due to some special circumstances, I will be closing the matter before the original deadline I gave the user to reply. After verifying that the forced withdrawal was, in fact, valid through Trilux's demo, it is quite clear that Salf broke several rules here. First and foremost, they broke 3.4 by stalling at the beginning, lying about not having the AK to avoid returning it during a valid forced withdrawal, and by attempting to pull their phone while under gun-point. Lastly, I will also be punishing the user for 2.5 for scamming you over seasonal items. It was not a good idea to just give him the gun before you had settled a specific price, but after all the negotiating eventually broke down, he had every chance to give it back and quite literally refused, alledging he "wasn't breaking any rules", scamming you out of your gun over a rare item. The user will receive a ban.
