Refrain from the petty shots please, I dont believe the average perp player has millions in the bank otherwise basing and other boring money grinding activities wouldn't exist. From what I have observed those who have money tend to find ways to spend it, whether its through rares or buying and customising cars, the rich get bored of having money. This is where a reset would bring back the spark for these people, and would level the playing ground for those without large amounts of funds.
With a reset you'd see people using lower tier guns such as pistols and smgs for raiding and base defense rather than using the meta expensive guns and bombs etc. Giving perp a new unique dynamic its desperately needed.

Im ngl this is lowkey just a lie alot of kos bandits like myself use relatively cheap guns like mp9s, Mac11s etc and still wipe pd it won't encourage lower tier weapons to be used. People already use these weapons more than you'd think also money is extremely easy to make nowadays also some people just don't grind perp because they just don't find it fun 24/7 and they enjoy other things such as pd and digging also something OP forgot to mention PD salary would be OP as they'd be making much more money than the average crim and have much more advantages (not saying this is an issue) leading to other hardcore crims to complain

Any time I've seen a server or community perform some kind of wipe/economic reset when it's not an inherent part of the gameplay loop, it usually keels over and dies out shortly thereafter. I really don't think it incentivises anything.

There's nothing stopping you from giving away your stuff to give you some form of soft reset, joining/creating a new org, etc. Though I would ask you to consider - if you haven't done that already - whether then you still think going a further step to hard reset everyone would actually be a good idea, because if you haven't done it already then obviously something's stopping you.

EDIT: I don't really buy the whole "everyone else already has everything" argument either for not soft resetting yourself because chances are, you haven't been playing since the server opened, and loads of people already had 'everything' when you began playing.
