hey I got banned permanently for racial slur and Erp but I did not mean to say a racial slur it was an accident and I did not do Erp because I don't like anything related to do with that

About racial slurs, you can make a ban apology to apologise for you actions and say that you didn't mean to do that.
About erp,if you didn't do nothing like thar you can make a ban dispute.
