Since somebody else wrote that I'd assume your friends also helped you write the appeal. I'll go ahead and deny it, seeing as you don't speak a sufficient amount of English to play on the server or even have the knowledge to write your own appeal. If you're looking for another RP server, for the love of god don't visit Santos or ZARP.

His IP leads to Sweden, not Estonia. Unless he moved to Sweden, obviously, but English is not a hard language. Try Duolingo (or whatever it's called).
