How cute. You've gone to school and learned about legislation relating to plagiarism and intellectual property. However, that doesn't limit the rightful use of the term plagiarism which by definition was relevant in that ban; it's so naive and arrogant to call it 'silly'. Clearly you do care about the ban as you got involved, maybe it's best to keep your GCSE Law OE to yourself in future.

its called A level Law never did it at GCSE, I do care to a degree but not willing to get in a massive fight; what this is turning into. My reasoning is you gave a bullshit ban no offense but how can it be plagiarism if he used it in fair use accordance to the law not saying the rules follow the law but their is no rule stating he cant use perpheads stuff

My man does A Level law, but used 'their' instead of 'there'. No use of proper punctuation. I baffled to how you even met the requirements to have A Level law as an option.

I google 'fair use' which you quoted and arguing that it wasn't copyright due to it. The outcome of my research makes me believe that it clearly wasn't fair use as it wasn't use to " comment upon, criticize, or parody a copyrighted work", however used as his own, therefore plagiarism, additionally on the site I saw no reference to PERP, did you?
