so basically someone that is great at recruiting soldiers and creating a huge army should rule over a foreign land? ISS does the same, theyre good guys
excuse me stalin you are very wrong here!! daenerys is rightful heir to the throne because of her father, cersei is not rightful, tommen wasnt rightful, joffrey wasnt either, only daenerys! long heil daenerys + jon snow = baby targaryens!!
Squeaky, speaking strictly, who is rightful? Do you think Daenerys ancestors made the iron throne? They took it by force too. So you can discuss who is rightful but IMO: Daenerys is justified to take the throne back after the backstabbing of her father. Baratheon and Lannisters have all used filthy tricks to get the throne, not sheer force of an army like the Targaryans did.
Targaryens took over lands that weren't theirs. The rightfull king of westeros should be a lord from one of the great families that lived there longer then any targaryen
Well no, Targaryen is a former great house of Westeros. They have just as much justification to want it as any other house does like the Baratheons. Targaryen isn't a house from Essos. It's a former great house of Westeros.
Once a noble family of the vast Valyrian Freehold, an empire spanning most of the eastern continent, the Targaryens were given control of the island of Dragonstone in the Narrow Sea some centuries ago. After the obliteration of Valyria in the Doom, the Targaryens launched a devastating invasion of Westeros
"The Iron Throne was constructed by Aegon I Targaryen, the first king of the Seven Kingdoms. Aegon the Conqueror had the throne made from the swords surrendered by his enemies. It is supposed to have taken a thousand blades to make, heated in the breath of Balerion the Black Dread."
