All you need is a syringe with a plastic tip. Around 5-50 mL capacity. Fill a tiny container, such as a plastic bottle cap, with some water, maybe 3-5 mL. Now pour your desired drugs into the water, and stir until it is practically dissolved. Then suck it up into the syringe and shake it around to dissolve the powder even more.

If there is any air in the syringe, turn it upside down and push the air out until there is only water left. This will make you want to fart less!
Then get on your back, shove that syringe tip up your ass, and inject. Try not to think too hard about what you are doing.

A mirror might make it easier to confirm that your aim is accurate. Then just flip around and lay on your stomach for a couple of minutes to "let it soak". Before you forget, clean that syringe with some sufficiently hot water, and you are good to go.

Sit down and relax. Don't worry, it won't leak or anything, your outer sphincter isn't there just for show. At worst you will feel a bit weird, like you want to poop or something. In that case, just use less water next time. Don't actually poop right away or you might shit out the drugs before they have been absorbed.
