HORRENDOUS duty of care following a suspect vehicle whilst the mayor is inside the vehicle to start off with. In the first few seconds, he reverses onto a car that seemingly mistakenly rammed you, mounting it, just to drive off. If you were going to detain the person inside the car as a uniformed police officer and want to stop them from fleeing by doing that then I guess it’d be understandable but you didn’t. .

He was continuously harassing us before that for the past 15 minutes, ramming us and getting us stuck, we were fed up with it. I don't care if we mounted his car. We wanted it to stop, we were warning him to stop and it ended up in him being shot at as we promised we would.
