Best person to contact would be @TinySlayer re: any detection systems or other stuff used to highlight cheating but I'm not sure if this information is divulged widely for obvious reasons.

To elaborate further on what @Max has said:
1-3 - you are cheter.
4-6 - you are inocent
The odds might seem unfair, but it's done this way per "medieval witch" system, where essentially if you're not a cheater you have nothing to worry about as you'll get 4-6.
If you get 5 you sold perp cash.
