Spikes won't be nerfed, mainly for balance. Being able to deploy them from the air is a bug, and will be addressed, they should at least be standing still.

Mainly for balance issues. Problem with paralake is that if you want to go to a different section, you're forced to go on the highway. Given a competent police force on duty, this makes it incredibly difficult for any average player to evade police.

Technically everything you describe here is allowed, however usually is dependent on who is on duty of dispatches/ranking officers in the PD. Firefighters can be extremely useful in shootouts, even more so in the future when healing won't be as straight forward. Other than that I do really...

Rather new player, so I don't see any point in issuing any punishment here. Nor is there a good way to reach him other than to try and talk to him in game and see if he has any intentions of reading the rules.

Pretty much what @Maia said above, there is more than enough parking spots within walking distance pretty much everywhere on the map.

There is not really any need for anyone wanting to apply for enforcer to get a certain amount of trophy points. You don't need to be actively posting stuff to be a good staff member.
