Esepen has not replied to the thread and was given plenty of time to accept my steam friend request which they didn't do, as such I will continue with the AR. Esepen will be receiving a warning for 3.4 and 3.9.

Also added esepen on steam seeing as they haven't been on the forums in quite a few years.

3.3 has been looked at a bit more lenient lately and we try to allow a bit more movement actions since there is gameplay mechanics in place to already slow you down and make sprint jumping in combat a bit harder. Therefor, this is fine and no rule was broken.

@Crunchie what I meant with being so close is that you could've waited in the pub or in a place with more cover, yet your plans are valid and you were far away to safely observe the situation without involving yourself. Since you were also already there it was indeed safer to wait it out...

I appreciate the apology and your honesty, it goes a long way. But unbanning you or shortening this ban wouldn't be fair currently. Your record for 3.4 especially recently is just very terrible. + you made this apology only 5 days after your ban was issued. Wait a few more days out from now on...
