No, the PLPD should aways be stronger then civ's. If there are so many TFU's in duty then you should just be more carefull conducting crimes or plan your raids better. I see a lot of people complaining about 5 tfus knocking down your door with flashbangs and armor, but this is very realistic...

@nutrient10 No ive deleted all my downloads and addons (except for the cssource graphics) and it still says my map differs. There is no file named evo or map_evo somewhere in my garrymod folder. Also deleted the cache folder didnt work aswell
