The only problem I see here is that this would benefit raiders, not only for recently hurt or damaged victims. When it comes to sounds produced by your character to know where you are and knowing if the defender is low are all factors during a raid. Great idea but very short sighted.

Zerg countering legacy at projex, dominated by @Dahweeble with most kills, followed by Tommi Binguana and then me. Total of 8 of us countered 4 legacy + defenders of p3 and we got like 7 or 8 guns + 80 coca leaves + atleast 160 cocaine. Came close to 350k+ in profit.

Aswell to add on, the point of corporal is so that you're more liable for the mistakes you make. Senior Officer is really easy to get back if you do so correctly so we'd rather more experienced PLPD members to do these things. The bar is low for senior but higher when it comes to corporals.

You can't do it as normal SO, probably won't get accepted as SO is really easy to get and command believe SO isn't trustworthy.
