How much RAM do you have? Games like PUBG use a lot of ram, if you only have 8gb it could be maxing it out, especially if you have something like chrome running in the background.Have task manager running in the background & check it when the freezing starts to see whats going on.

Intros are really unnecessary, don't add anything to the content, are really cringe, and most people view them in a negative way. I wouldn't recommend using one, simply because of how negatively they are viewed. (and rightly so tbh, they're almost always shit)

NEVER use a vacuum on your PC, the plastic hose is a static electricity magnet and you'll fry components, try using a different graphics card to see if its the card or the mobo.

If it comes to a point where you cannot properly play the server as it was intended to be played, the server should be shut down or have a password put on it until functions are properly restored. Having the server up in that state serves no real purpose, and will only lead to things like that.
