If I was in Michael Miller's point of view I most likely wouldn't have seen the weapons pointed as it was at the back of the car according to the demo. Driving in a first person view would probably mean the vision of the weapon is not noticeable. I would like to know the reason behind pulling...

I 100% support this idea. People with level 100 firearms will still wait the same time as a level 1 which is highly unrealistic because as you said, they would have more experience. I hope this does get added it would be more rewarding and would make things so much easier.
