I have added the user on steam and had no response, also made an in-game report which he failed to respond to. The user will be banned for 2.5 and 3.4 for shooting you outside of the PD and 3.20 for disconnecting whilst unconscious.

As the user doesn't have a forums account I have added him on steam in regards to his actions in this video.
