He blocked my car from getting away after you threatened me with murder so i tried to get away asap. That was an accident in that moment.

Well if he's down on the ground 3.4 wouldn't really apply right? i wasn't under direct gunpoint and i think i still had a 7+ year warrant out so it was risky allround i think. But else my bad yeah sorry i panicked.
