All of it is law and policy knowledge. Ever since I've stopped fucking around I've started to realise it's easy as hell to know laws and policies. The practicals are easy if you know common policies etc. The applications are fair but imo the cool down for if you fail should be lower in fairness.

The amount of times I've had mayors on 25% sales taxes while I needed to craft exceeds the amount of times cops have broken policy. I believe this is the way it should be.
