The user @Lukape appears to have disconnected about 20 seconds after you sent the message. He might not have seen the OOC, so I will message him on discord to see what happened if he did not see it before disconnecting from the server and is either willing to refund you the cash or buy you the VIP

This is not an apology at all, rather a whine that this ban was permanent and after that a request to the ban lowered to one hour. I suggest reading over the rules instead.
