I do think there should be more punishable artices and more ability for supervisors or command. Supervisors should have more abilities given the current competency of the department right now as well, being able to do more corrective action or even being trusted with more could be helpful...

I agree with this actually. Maybe allow you to make the ticket amount 0$ like GP said and it would automatically become a Caution or Remark or whatever one would want to call it. Thought i see a difference between "Remark" and "Caution/Warning"

in my eyes the current system could be significantly improved, i think there are many flaws to it and we are so limited in our abilities to punish people in-game, even CC is limited in the punishments that can be given tbf.

PD handbook has the most commonly used/important 10-codes. Its in the communication section. I would argue to make new radio codes that are easier to learn, and newer or eliminate the use of them.

plpd uses very old and outdated radio codes. Though ill argue that radio codes aren't common anymore. Its mostly a small amount of codes and then mainly plaintalk

Loosing your license wont mean that you can't drive. But you will be arrested for driving without one

Like ive said its usually the cops who deal with traffic related issues. There is too many rule breaks for it to be handled in a timely manner, unless you want the f6's to be bombarded so that everyone wait longer for a report to be handled

I Can see it working with this because the police is usually the ones to deal with this, not modetation afaik. When i am on duty we always deal with this and it usually dosen't go further
