What if we add a timer, a timer that determines when will the thief receive his reward, the more expensive the car is the longer the timer is, the bigger the risk. if the cops or the owner comes in and stops the operation before the timer of the car getting scrapped ends he will retrieve his car.

It would at least add a theme and background to the server, some role-play foundation, however, it's going to be hard to kill a server that has been worked on for several years, characters and memories as well.

When it comes to the legality of orgs, it shouldn't always be illegal, players could create genuine orgs/corporates that would own business or lands, though their protection would be from the police force or a mercenary group, I really do see that giving the ability to truly build an org and own...

@Aquaa but why do we need 10-15? That's too much and people will complain about large orgs, and if we are going to give perks to orgs this would only increase their strength, if an org has a problem with numbers it could form an alliance, lower numbers mean more orgs which inturn makes things...

I'd say five to start 8 max, 10 is already about 1/3rd of the server

Exactly, orgs will have true rivalry in business and would try to increase their influence, each org would dominate an industry and then rivalries would rise, "oh look it's the film industry org" "the banana org who rigged elections in Panama" etc etc. And things would be balanced this way...

I think if we reward crime that would only increase the chance of the server being a cops and robbers with zerg orgs, although, we could reward orgs that start crafting or by doing some mini-quests(if possible), I think it's best to keep the rewards cosmetic or, some cash flow rewards, how about...

I believe its best that we add RP events and discourage AR and ooc matters as people seem to be inclined to making that due to powergrowing and raiding, and the people who powergrow tend to waste a lot of time in the server, and they usually are kids who honestly still aint busy with real-life...
