It's realistic, Emergency services take time to respond, and if people don't want to wait for them, drive slow and not reckless to decrease chance of tiering car

Adding more fires won't really solve the problem. Fire fighters are called to much more than just fires. For example, I think it would be good if a person tiers his vehicle and a ff is on duty, they must be called out to use a special tool (Spreader) to open the jammed door.

EVO hurts my head. The horrible fps I get on there is just fucked. I'm willing to change the map for a day or 2 to see the performance with the new optimisation however if things are still bad. I'd go back to parkelele

I think this could be used when your car is warranted or being looked for by cops. What would happen if a license plate is being watched by cops and you could just remove the plate?

Maybe if you could do it for large guns, obviously you can shove a handgun in your pocket but not a rifle, so maybe for rifles you need to move them to a car?
