This idea will only work if cops have a guaranteed way of stopping someone, like a taser. If cops had a taser, that would paralyze the criminal and allow the cop to start the handcuffing process, this would work. But as it is now, it would be impossible to cuff anyone.

I totally agree with Stephen, well said. There is no need for a SWAT leader, since the lieutenant is the one in charge of the police and SWAT.

I like it. At the moment, the timer on warrants seem way to low. Adding it like you suggest is more realistic.

When playing as the police, people often break fearRP and run away and there is no way of stopping them. It would help the police a lot if one, or both, of these things would to be implemented: -Police Taser, it has a short range but when hitting someone they go down for like 5-10 seconds. When...

It would be very nice, if when at the gas station to refill your car with gas, it would say at the different options how much it will cost to refill the car. At the moment its just pulling money out of your wallet without you knowing how much it is.

The problem with that, is people will be able to peak around corners and above fences.

This! I've thought about this also, and the lieutenant really needs a special car, or at least a different skin. It would have a much bigger impact on people and other police officers, to really be able to see that now "the chief" has arrived.

I do agree that often the police is way outgunned. Perhaps the lieutenant should get another (better) pistol?
