Thats the worst piece of policework I've ever seen... To your problem it should be dealt with. However you need to rethink how you play as cop in future cases.

I don't think the police should have the choice of heavy weaponry execpt the SWAT force. Lieutenants are not a heavy brute shooting people left and right. Lieutenants coordinate the rest of the force, solves murders(dna tool) and lead investogations. A pistol should be fine.

I like the tailor idea, Ruby. I'm generally a fan of ideas that replaces NPC's and forces players to interact even more with each other.

I don't know if they have fixed it or if it can't be fixed, but lights tends to make people on lowerend computers lag even more. If this is still true I can't support this.
