I've got a question about the following rule: §5(b) You can not demand more than $5,000 as a ransom unless you accept an RP payment (e.g. /me gives a suitcase filled with $100,000) If you rob the bank with 3 hostages, can you ask 3 times $5000 or is it still a max ransom of $5000?

I aggree, the robbery system is being abused a bit at the moment. People rob the bank with hostage, threaten to kill the hostage if the police does something, do not negotiate and just wait the warrant timer out to get the money. If it´s only one robberer, the SWAT sniper can take him down...

Changed the top suggestion post a bit, added/changed things are in green. Illegally driving a car is a very good idea and can actually add many more RP posibilities between cops and citizens. This would also solve the potential "I don't have reason to make money" problem

This is because they want to replicate somekind of promotion system in which you first have to be officer and than SWAT or luitenant. So when you go SWAT or Luitenant you essentially "got promoted".
