After reviewing the video, the movements here by Jack Marly were unrealistic. In addition 3.4 was broken here as he actively ran into you while were shooting putting his life majorly at risk resulting in his death. A ban of 3 days for 3.3 and 3.4 Reviewed with @Bnjemann -
Bug Report (Salaries stay after mayor leaves job)
There is also the issue where not only the salaries stay the same, the job slots aren't resetting anymore. I believe it began happening the same time as the salaries started to remain the same after the mayor left. One of the issues I have noticed with this is with no mayor and job slots lower...- Scoot

You failed to actually check the recent changes in the city info and taxes take time to fall. The mayor did set the tax to 1% and you killed him during the time it takes to actually lower to that point meaning you had no valid reason to assassinate the mayor here. Reviewed with @sidd & @Bnjemann -
