Server Suggestion Override courier deliveries for collection.
Just make it optional for the player to pickup packages even while courier is active. You could make a check box next to the “enter location” area and allow it to revert to the pickup locations Obviously the active courier would get a % still. -

Server Suggestion Block people from the F4 Buddy menu, while cuffed, etc.
I agree for sure, I can't think of any scenario where this would conflict with RP. Should def be implemented
