Crowbarring while moving already has it's disadvantages. The farther you move, the lower the chance you successfully open the door. This means more chances to get wallbanged, but also more chances to survive. I don't see any problems with the current system. If you're getting wallbanged too...

They aren't easier to shoot, they're easier to see. The size of the models doesn't change in-game, only what they look like. It's a negligible difference to gameplay that you should only really do if you're that starved for slight advantages over opponents and want better FPS
