There is no way (that I know of at least) to make the hitbox follow the animation. The animation would need to be remade so the head doesn't move in a way that is very misleading. It would look ok as a crouch animation.

It's a "new life" (see rule 3.5 New Life Rule) so this wouldn't really make sense as your previous character died. The new one just arrived at the city.

Might be the material just being transparent which is easily fixable but might also be an actual hole on the model which is not fixable, will check tomorrow.
