Is that a problem or what? We all play the server to have fun, no need to call it boring.

He could just try to join an org and if not getting in, then sort to the "do your own thing". Only thing fun about being crim is raiding.

Would highly recommend trying to join an org, its good to have people you trust and someone to give tips.
