To get the premium you ofc have to sync it at the city hall npc and if that does not work i would ask admins again to check and contact the player and make sure u sent the right steam id. And if u have it u should be able to see it in the Q menu.

And under 2.5 it says Killing a player over verbal insults, minor or accidental actions. And I believe that making u do a spin with ur car and rammed it 2-3 that did not cause any damage is a minor action. So therefore I mean it’s 2.5
