It's an good idea but remember that you're completely invisible to bullets when sitting in a chair or a car, only explosions kill you. So you'd have to code a way of killing people in the sitting animation.

I think it's a great suggestion, but what I do not like is the part were you can't drive without a license. Instead you wouldn't be able to purchase a vehicle without the license. The license should be avaible for purchase ingame for around let's say 15k. It'd be more reason for cops to set up...

I support this idea, it's a must-have (in my opinion). But there should be some weight to the bag too and maybe a weapon bag for carrying the weapons? It may be hard to inploment but it'd add so much more to the experience!
