If you feel like the punishment was too much, then you need to file a Staff Complaint. Other than that, you need to wait for the Admin who banned you to check your apology.

Disputing a ban means you are basically appealing it. Apologizing, in hopes for a ban removal/reduction, means you are apologizing for your actions and you understand what you did wrong.

I know a simple solution to this. Every division has Staff Sergeants, except for dispatch. Dispatch Command has the word of “ Command” within the title. My point forward, Dispatch Command should have Staff Sergeants. It would solve an issue of a Sergeant (both Dispatch Command are Sergeants)...
