The police really need to start treating lethal weapons as just that, lethal. Stop pointing them and threatening people willy-nilly and instead attempt to use a taser or be smart and call for backup. Use a lethal weapon as a last resort for someone that is an active threat to a life.

So you generalise a few situations and approach everyone with the attitude "if they are running just kill them" to save yourself a 5min respawn timer
