I believe there is 75% of the levels that dont have any perks to them, I dont think the numbers in which the marksmanship is true, but its only a suggestion, nothing has been set in stone.

I believe that the crafting perk should be from implemented around the level 10 onwards as any lower could be abused.

I agree with what husky is saying, with the crafting time. I also believe that it should up the firearms from 85 to 90, only 5.

This is next to impossible, we are talking about GMOD here, not real life. We just recently changed the tick rate to make more weapons compatible on the server. Yes, it did change the fire rate of all guns.
