A new heist may be introduced in the distant future, but it would be for another building. A yacht is impractical as to make the most engaging systems we need the advantages of static entities and brush like with the new effects in the bank.

With the exception of Business, traffic sign placement was mostly chosen by @rogue. I'll let him decide what to change and accept this if he wishes and I'll make the adjustments he recommends (dependant on other map things and my future plans for the map).
