Thats about CSS Content, are you using the leak css content that you downloaded over a website instead of having CSS on you installed over steam? If yes, then you are using outdated leak css content, find a new one, updated one. If not, re-install CSS and remove all addons that you have for GMod.

Go to garrysmod->cfg and delete all config files (unfortunately all your settings will be gone) and verify game cache, done. I believe this will solve this situation with %80 percent chance. (Dont forget to take a backup of cfg file, just in case if doesnt work.)
