There is no way (that I know of at least) to make the hitbox follow the animation. The animation would need to be remade so the head doesn't move in a way that is very misleading. It would look ok as a crouch animation.

What are the results of your test

It's a "new life" (see rule 3.5 New Life Rule) so this wouldn't really make sense as your previous character died. The new one just arrived at the city.
