Bank raids are just camping for both sides until they get money and 1 side has to push. The cops get to camp doors using their numbers and the crims have to figure out how to beat the people that they can't see, in positions they can't see, when their enemy knows where they will come from.

The ladders are far too op to hold, you have almost no movement options when going up them so you're just easy pickings to any defender. With defending being easy enough as it is this is just an unnecessary buff to defenders, defending should not just be holding an angle.
