    With respect to 3.4, what is the way to measure whether it's worth defending a private apartment you raided in turn of risking police wave.

    I think it is hard to make sense of because by the sounds of it 3.4 is different per staff opinion!!!

    I don't really understand why there is much of an argument to make it more fair for the majority of the playerbase. Like 80% of people play for shootouts (me inlcuded!!!) If cops can outnumber a large org by 3:1, with armor, snipers etc I think its fair to make it so they can't come back
