You got banned because you didn't read rule 3.12, because you're new, and because nobody ever reads the rules until they fall foul of them. Literally nothing mentioned here is necessary, just read rule 3.12.

One thing you should check is whether your model detail in garry's mod is set to high, as the vehicles don't have LQ models. While I doubt that's why your game is crashing, that may be the cause of the invisible car issue.
