This simply isnt a quick fix, these parts are fixed to the model and at the moment not something we are looking to rework to this extent. As @Creepis mentioned, there is more sights than the 2 you mentioned. Sadly not all sights work the best with every gun, simply because every gun is different.

The player model will clip through the front seat due to leg room, so unless you are 4ft and can fold up your legs then its simply impossible to fit.
