I have played Mayor multiple times and it never used to show $0 income all the time. It should show your income based on how you have set taxes (mainly if I remember correctly, the income you are guarantee like income tax). This is a bug as like I said before:

I believe the income being at a constant $0 is a bug in the city info app. You still have the income but it isn't shown properly. If there was no income like this shows, then the budget would also be at a constant $0.

After reviewing the evidence that was supplied in the initial report, it is clear what you were trying to do and from the clip, you can be heard adding a "sch" sound at the start of you saying the N-word and then quickly changing the way you said the word to match what you claim in your dispute...

You can test your microphone in the settings under voice and you can change the keybind in the settings as well. Under Keyboard make sure x is selected for "Use voice comunication"
