Thank you for taking your time to think over this. Apparently, this issue resolved itself after uninstalling Nvidia Geforce Experience and installing Nvidia App instead. From my knowledge, nothing was updated during this switch but god knows how does this affected Garry's Mod only.

I did try that and it helped for a while, but the game keeps crashing when I get close to properties where the doors open and the interior has to be rendered. I think that's probably the reason, but I haven't been able to find a fix...

This works like magic! Also fixed (atleast for now) my recent crashing issues especially in buildings during shootouts. Thank you for sharing this! (I take it back, I keep crashing. For some unknown reasons, especially when game needs to render an interior.)

I agree, totally haha! However, PPK is like... More of a suicide plot rather than James Bond moments. Weapon is ineffective when it comes to damage your opponent, I feel like it is actually healing your opponent on every hit.
